What are your fitness goals? Everyone should have a fitness goal that they are trying to achieve. A level of fitness that they want to be at, or that they think is “acceptable.”

The other day I scrolled across my Twitter feed and found a shared Tik Tok by @lizzo. It hit home for me. Please give the video a watch before we continue.

Being “fit” is something I believe everyone strives for, or they should at least. It’s a goal that is worthwhile; it’s an investment in yourself; it’s a lifestyle; it’s something that is different for everyone.

Each person has their own unique body. Their own unique path to get the body that they want. You can become a yoga nut and go hard. You can be a CrossFit champion and compete. You can be a powerlifter; a bodybuilder; a Muay-Tai competitor; a triathlon fanatic. The list goes on and it’s up to you to find what works, and more importantly, what you enjoy. I think the important thing is to find a goal that you want, work to achieve it, and have milestones along the way to keep you motivated.

Physical fitness and the habits you set by actively contributing to them builds a foundation for the rest of your life and goals. We are animals of this planet that need to remain active to remain healthy. For…
